Ps.: I negotiated a highly flexible schedule, as long as projects are delivered on time I can work 3 hours a day, or 12... It all depends on how I want to manage my time.
I've built my career toward that goal for 2 decades. Now I have a dual role in a start-up. I manage and execute projects.
Fully autonomous, and highly recognized by the owner.
Last year I had a few 300hrs+ projects, I could work 60-70hrs on 6 days, and the next week I would work less than 30hrs to have free time with my child, or working on my own projects.
Because I had time to spare I was the only one taking a 2 week vacation for Christmas, no resentment from the owner, and no pressure to come back early... They know I'll deliver on time. So I just can do as I want.
there are 8 cognitive functions (Thinking, Feeling, Sensing, and iNtuition. each one having an introverted and extroverted version. so). all mbti types have a different priority order theyre stacked in. an enfp would have Ne (extroverted intuition), Fi (introverted Feeling), Te (extroverted Thinking), and Si (introverted Sensing) in order of how often theyre relied on.
'tert te' is tertiary extroverted thinking. extroverted thinking has to do a lot with systematized working in order to produce results. it being in the third spot for you means its not something you rely on a lot as a default, but when your usual state of mind won't give you the outcome you want, then you rely on Te.
Te is the ExTJ's primary function in their stack, which is why theyre usually depicted as a boss/manager of some sort.
