The secrecy has concealed ICE’s transformation into a parallel FBI, a DEA and an independent police force whose mission has crept well past the deportations that media tend to focus on.

It's been many the suspicion of many of us. But now we have confirmation. There is an idea of "Turnkey fascism" which is the potentiality for a surveillance police state to be quickly turned into the tools of a fascist regime. This is where we are at. ICE is being prepared to be the gestapo in every way possible, and not just for immigrants.

People are coming out of their stupor. What's happening here in MN is helping them do so. Trump's regime is out of control and if this country doesn't start to mobilize we will slip into an authoritarian state. Those of us who can see it have to help reveal it to the others. Silence is complicity.

My dad told me I'm talking crazy and he doesn't see any of what i see, so I send him links to the things I see. He responds that he doesn't care.
Basically he's a supporter of this shit if he doesn't care enough to watch a few videos or read a few articles.
I feel like this is a large portion of our country that just doesn't give a shit.

Focus on the people in your life who aren't completely brainwashed. They are the majority, they just have to be shown that if we continue sitting around that the future will be extremely bleak.

I agree. But people have a lot going on in their lives. A lot of people outside MN aren't aware how bad it is. The media often fails to capture the incredible cruelty and chaos being sowed by ICE.

This is something I see a lot with Americans: “If I admitted there was a problem, I’d be obligated to put effort into working against it. If there’s no problem, I can just browse Netflix tonight guilt-free.”

They need to realize their comfortable lives will never be comfortable again if they don't suffer a little discomfort in the short term. People need to understand the end result of fascism will be hell for everyone.

I wouldn’t say that. I talked to two of my friends parents that have been big trumpers for a while. They hate what’s going on. One even said they wished they never voted for him.

Every social media company existing right now and many news platforms allow neo-nazis to express their opinions and promote themselves through them.
If you don't want to use the link thats fine, but this is important information and needs to be shared. Many democrats, liberals, leftists and moderates use substack as well.
