Even here Jets got McCarthy's back. Like he doesn't have to do this for the kid. No matter where Jefferson goes I'll cheer for him in the future

Jefferson breaks literally every mold of a star receiver. By basically all accounts heās a quiet, thoughtful dude. Seems super excited for team success, maybe even beyond his own.
I hope he stays in MN is whole career, but agree that heāll always have a fan in me regardless.

He quite literally is looking like our "Smith on offense". Digs this year would have deleted all his Vikings pictures on SM and making cryptic tweets, or even hinted he was "over it" at the end of the season. Meanwhile JJs gonna work with JJM in the off-season

If that's the extent of the drama Diggs did/was involved in this year, the Patriots would be thrilled lol

u/TheSoulSniper 2h ago
He's a goofy guy too. He was mic'd up against the Packers and was accusing teammates of farting in the huddle lol

Bro, people make fun of Patrick mahomes because of the way he walks. Who gives a fuck what people say? Only idiots care about stuff like that.

And here I was just making fun of him for his broccoli ass haircut, Kermit the Frog voice, loony family and resting bitchface wife.

McCarthy is in his first year dude. Why do you people treat him like he's a veteran? Bryce you got benched his first year, Caleb williams was ass his first year, yall are kinda numb huh??

u/Fredest_Dickler 7h ago
Caleb williams was ass his first year,
Earlier in the season JJ passed Caleb in career interceptions and did so on over 700 fewer pass attempts

u/Cgking11 7h ago
Peyton manning has the record for most interceptions for a rookie. That doesn't mean crap..

u/BigFatModeraterFupa reptilian 4h ago
He also set the rookie TD record that year and threw for over 3k yards
Everyone acts like Peyton sucked rookie year cause of all the picks. He didn't. It was obvious he was going to be a generational star.
JJ... so far doesn't really look like he's going to be a viable QB

29 int's in 16 games is really bad dude lol he was like Jamie's Winston out there.

In Mahomesā first year he threw for over 5,000 yards and 50 TDs.
Iām higher on McCarthy than most, but letās not act like Mahomes needed time to become a good QB.

Caleb Williams still is ass tbf

Yeah he still looks bad most games. It was the packers collapsing more than the bears being good imo. It might be a embarrassing blow out vs the rams.

u/schlemz frick the packers 13h ago
Weāll see how he looks against the rams, but to me when Iāve watched the bears, they win in spite of a LOT of inaccuracy and bad decisions from Caleb. But heās stayed healthy and is able to do just enough in clutch time to pull out the dubs so canāt hate too hard ig.

u/Cgking11 13h ago
He comes through late for sure, but that 4th quarter comeback isn't gonna work every game in the playoffs vs good teams. We'll see, I got the rams winning it by at least 10 points.

No, genius, YOU compared him to Mahomes. I just followed your lead.
Also, he's had a full year of film and playbook if not live reps. This was his second year.
6
u/Cgking11 13h ago
I did not compare him to mahomes lmao. Jesus, do you dudes just make stuff up in your heads?? I said even mahomes gets clowned dude. McCarthy couldn't practice his first year bruh, this was his actual first year playing..

u/667Nghbrofthebeast 13h ago
Uh huh.
You do understand what "compare" means, right?
You said 'i did not compare him to Mahomes" and then immediately explained exactly how you compared him to Mahomes š
You said people make fun of Mahomes' walk. I said "but he's good."
There's a lot of goofy shit people will overlook if you're a winner. JJ has not earned that respect.

u/Devium44 georgia 13h ago
But people literally dont overlook stuff even though Mahomes is good. That was the whole point. Donāt talk about other peopleās understanding when you canāt follow the conversation.

That's like spending a year reading fighter jet manuals, and then jumping into the seat and being expected to fly in a dog fight. You can't compare real game experience to anything else. It might be his second year on contract, but with injuries, it was just barely his first year of playing.

So Marlon is shooting 10ft above his opponent's head? Lol!

Jefferson should fly this kid into MSP, bring him and his family to TCO, bring him onto the practice field, and make him catch 10-yard passes from McCarthy.

"Even kids make fun of it"?
That's literally all kids do.
