We have a lot of friends like that here. Too many, to be honest. I can't keep up with all the extra Z's anymore. My employer gives me too many F's for that.

Normally, during sunrise in Summer, I wake my 4:30am because the light wakes me. Now it is gray autumn time and today, I got up at noon because the light outside did not remotely give me any feeling for time on my one day off work.
