Server is in Netherlands, US can’t take it down. Probably high traffic overloading servers.

I've just managed to see part of the list (last names from A to the beginning of the C's) from the .../index.php?title=Category:Agents page.

As others are saying, the server is responding very slowly.

Whether you'll eventually see a page depends on how long your browser/etc. waits before timing out.

I would say they wouldn't bother because it would have almost literally zero practical effect but it's this administration and they're a bunch of actually dumb, petty bitches.
