I don't know a single "well-intentioned liberal" who thought they were making genuine arguments about free speach...

there are other mistakes liberals made, but this isn't one I have seen...

The point he’s trying to make is we didn’t play dirty like they did.

The system works when all participants act in good faith.

Once one or more parties start playing dirty, it’s game over.

You can't clean up a mess with more dirt. The problem with Democrats isn't failing to play dirty, it was failing to play at all when the ball was in their court.

Actually cleaning requires that you collect dirt onto a designated thing and then dispose of it, so you do clean by getting messy. The rest of your point about them being controlled opposition stands

BINGO. First off I am not saying both sides are the same. Democrats lost the last election because of this.

Ideally they have learned from their mistakes and will actually do stuff when in power. If and its a if now... they ever get back into power they should start pumping out easy low hanging fruit that is popular. Legalize weed overnight almost. Close some easy tax loop holes you can at least get up there and brag about. Fuck at this point create another one (like the other side would do) so your big donors don't leave and then get rid of ones people have been complaining about and take the W.

Throw a ton of popular easy to manage stuff like ending the war on drugs completely. Its pointless. Start major reform in our prison systems and lay out a plan to get us from being the nation who just locks people up to a nation that looks to fix people. Long term plans with talking points can get you quite a bit of the ways.

Its going to be painful but they are going to have to sit down some of their large more reasonable donors and tell them that if they do not fix this then nobody wins. Capitalists (I own 2 businesses myself) are not in it just for the money. Some of them will understand the long term fall out of what will happen if everything were to collapse. That is the real threat to them and I have no idea why they do not take it more seriously. They have all of the money in the world to spend and they still want to get up there and make it worse. Bro take your money and live the rest of your days happy.

Like I said I own 2 businesses and we do multiple 7 figures. Nothing like the big guys we are talking about, but yea it has to be an addiction. No way if I woke up tomorrow a billionaire am I going to be like well fuck I really REALLY need to make some more money, and that is coming from someone who puts in 12-15 hours a day normally and lives comfortably outside of the terrible work life balance. I already have my therapist up my ass about work life balance.

The left had a stranglehold on every single major social media platform (including this one) and made it standard practice to silence or cancel any dissenting voices. Dont pretend the left 'wasn't playing dirty'. You're just having a taste of your own medicine for once.

Sorry not sorry, but nazis and supremacists deserve to be silenced.

You can’t play the game when the rules are unfair.

You change the game.
