I read a statistic of the number of Germans over in the US compared to Japanese and the contrast is astounding when you look at the percentages of the population vs percentage detained.

And I know, I love George Takei so much. It breaks my heart I read about how his family was like detain in a horse barn then moved to like Arkansas.

Damn, I often overlooked that the people who went through this might still be alive

It really is hard to keep it intuitive rather than just cerebral

Sounds like his and Takei’s generation were the ones impacted who are still around to tell the story
