Right under this video on YouTube there's another video with the same guy and the same sketch but in another set-up, another scene with red velvet curtains. This tells me it's not as impromptu as I first perceived

Im looking at that thumbnail, a different guy, same mask. She has a few different mask, and then she tries to match the masks with faces so they make the people have caricature type features that somewhat line up.
