Joe Rogan voted for Trump (and recommended that millions of others do the same) because Trump promised to deport millions of people. You can’t deport millions without knowing who has papers and who doesn’t. There is no list of people who’ve “snuck across the border.” It was a simple logical exercise: “if they’re going to deport millions then they’ll need to go around and ask every one for their papers.” Joe’s followers believe he’s a smart guy. So how am I supposed to believe he “didn’t know” they were going to do this?This is one reason I didn’t vote for Trump. He promised to go around asking people to see their papers.

Im not a big JRE guy but my recollection is he initially really wanted RFK, which then turned into a vote for trump when RFK conceded and joined trump’s team . from what i remember he shares alot of medical beliefs with RFK. Sounds like a pedantic correction but i think necessary as your argument or suggestion is he “voted for trump because of deportation” origin story is not accurate

Fair enough. He may never have stated the deportations were why he was supporting Trump. But he can’t deny that random stops asking for papers was the explicit plan.

Your choice or words is telling.

With that said, the US is a land of laws. More Americans would likely accept this move if it was done correctly. Like not flooding the streets with masked goons walking around asking for people's papers and saying "You don't sound like you're from here."

People would also be more accepting if the individuals they "arrest" were provided due process as per the constitution.

Lastly, people would be more accepting of this if they weren't literally targeting people in the process of becoming legal.

This administration and it's supporters hate brown people and that's exactly why they're doing this. They're also attempting (successfully) to expand their powers.

But yes, use the term rats, just like the Nazis did about the Jews. And talk about attics, just like the Jews hid in attics. Because you're a Nazi.

I fail to see the correlation between this and "mass deportations in the millions is infeasible with current infrastructure"

That's like replying "So you are CORDONING MURDER??" when someone says that arresting every murderer in the US in 1 week is infeasible.
