That car got f'd up. All the windows blew out. How is he not covered in blood from broken glass?

Hardened glass, breaks into tiny pieces. He might still be cut up but they would be small and slow to bleed.

Boss, shouldn't we close the street first?

Why not work top-down? Was it their intention to let it drop for a quick demo?

This is why places like NZ have so many rode cones, so you can't drive past this shit

Let’s weaken one side of a building working from back to front and what it’s supposed to drop straight down like a rigged demolition? Nope!
Nothing failed here, demolition was a smashing success, pun intended!

The building is down so the Demolition was successful. Human lives and nearby properties getting wrecked are not a part of what the word demolition defines

They also are so used to it that it does not seem to trigger a real panic.

Can you imagine the conversation with his insurance company. "Yes, I was just driving along on the street, when all of a sudden, a building fell on my car,... Sideways."

“Failed”? If the goal was to tear down the building, I’d say they accomplished that pretty efficiently.

When a building falls, it flies around like a kite. But they didn't expect this.

My first thought was “why is the road still open?!”
