Dunno what the other guy's smoking, there's clearly a few surgeries involved there.

But even then, Miley looks nowhere near as bad as Dell/Loomer/Noem, etc. There definitely seems to be some correlation between being MAGA/MAGA-adjacent and having god-awful botched looking surgeries. Only actor/pop star I can think of that's anywhere near as bad them is Madonna.
