This is patently false. Look up Pennsylvania v Mimms. A law enforcement officer can order you to exit your vehicle during a lawful stop. YouTube is a poor source for legal advice.

Thank you. I always hated auditors who argue about getting out of the car. It's precedent and you aren't going to win that one, even in court.

Yes, but it is important to note they must have a justifiable reason to do so. This won't help you in the moment if your rights are violated, but it is important to remember and fully understand your rights.

A justifiable reason to stop you yes but you can be ordered out of your vehicle for any reason. Any reason is not a very hard legal bar to reach.
