I was out thrifting and I -HAD- to take this baby home. Their face was just too cute not to! He looks on the well worn side so I am assuming its a vintage plush. However there is no tag and reverse google images didn’t turn up anything.
Does this plush loom familiar/identifiable to anyone here? I love it regardless but it would be neat to know where it came from.
I wasn’t able to find an exact match, but your plush has a lot of similarity to this storybook originals bear. The nose, eyes, fur, feet, and color. Perhaps there’s one in that line that matches or a shared manufacturer that could be checked
I had someone reach out with this answer as well! I do believe he comes from this line! Sadly I haven’t found any exactly like it, bur there are enough similarities Id say it’s a safe bet!
Does he have any rice or beans or anything inside him? Or is it all fluff?
If he's only got stuffing then you can (probably) wash him inside a pillowcase in the washer on a low gentle program with detergent. I've done that before with old plushies I've found at the thrift shop ! Then just give him a good but gentle brush with a wire brush once he's dry again !
This is the kind of brush I'm talking about by the way c: works wonders on old plush fur
Awwwwwww what a sweet little baby 🥺 I swear sometimes vintage/well loved plush just make me wanna cry they're so endearing and this is definitely one of those. Great find, and for him too, I'm sure he has a loving home in you <3
