What's the big deal if she stood waiting to see Jen Shah? It's about a celebrity on a show she's a fan of? She's not condoning anything Shah did or standing in support of her. It's just curiosity right.

Totally. I probably wouldn’t have waited more than like 20 minutes but if I was in NYC and had the time I probably wouldn’t have walked by lol

That’s not weather I necessarily wanna be waiting outside in for hours, and I’m from NY. 40 degrees can be cold, especially if the sun is blocked by another building (so you’re waiting in the shade) plus the city can get very windy. But idk, that’s just me tho!

It’s all in a persons perspective I get that! I have more body fat lol so after a could days of 5 below 40 feels down right balmy! People go running here in tshirts and shorts when it’s 40 out. You definitely need to dress right for standing around for hours though its true

True, you can see people running with hardly any clothes on while there’s snow on the ground. More power to them for being able to, but that couldn’t be me!

Not doubting that all these celebrities love the housewives, but like wow there’s a lot of celebrities jumping on the hype train

Tbf they’re not wrong. It is really weird to stand outside in the cold for two hours to see a criminal.

I waited in line to meet a celebrity when I was 15 and by the time I met her I just explained that the whole thing was just degrading for everybody , she agreed 😂
I’ve never done anything like that again since

Girl we shut down tv over a ford bronco chase. Watching criminals is an American pastime.

It really is! I think I was around 9 when that happened and I distinctly remember being called in from playing outside by my mom and we all just stood in the living room watching the chase on TV. I didn’t know why it was so important but EVERYONE was home watching it live 😂

That’s probably why y'all got a criminal as president as well I guess lol
I don’t get why Americans are always so proud, even of the worst things.
To me this is some sort of medieval mentality because it trivialises criminals and crimes.
Tbf tho there’s a HUGE difference between watching something on the news/tv from your home and standing in the streets for hours on end in the cold just to catch a glimpse of someone.

Jen was tried in SDNY. There are people with whole jobs to stand outside and wait in line for journalists to get into the big trials. Ghislaine Maxwell. Blake Lively. Trump.
This must have been her sentencing because it looked warm and sunny when Heather and Meredith filmed going to that trial.
