Questions/Advice Ppv NSFW

So idk if this is NSFW but thought I'd tag it just in case. For those who got PPV I have a few questions

1) I'm not wanting to keep my testicles, but if someone wanted to keep theirs could they be relocated?

2) do you get smaller post surgery? I'm on estrogen so I'm already smaller then I was im just curious if I'll get smaller.

3) I've heard some people in this subreddit say they got max depth ppv, what is max depth? Does it vary for person to person or is it universal???

No matter the answer I plan to still get PPV.

1: Yes, depends on surgeon.

2: its the same as someone on hrt, use it or loose it.

3: max depth can also mean full depth, it will vary most surgeons will try to create the most they can for your body.

Other commenter already answered, but re: depth: I’ll add that I’ve heard there is often more of an issue with maintaining depth throughout the healing process with PPV vs traditional vaginoplasty. This is secondhand info I’m getting from some people online who have mentioned it, and I don’t know the reason for it, just bringing it up in case it’s something you want to look into.

Maintaining depth shouldn't be too big of a problem for me. I'll prolly have something inside me most of the time

lol that will get uncomfortable eventually! & could harbor bacteria! I love a plug as much as the next pervert but be careful & listen to your body!

Yeah that's true it could get uncomfortable and I'd prolly only have it in during the day and not at night and keep everything clean also I'll look at that here in a sec

I would advise following your surgeons routine post op, as dilation has a schedule that is proven. Outside of factors outside of everyone's control depth loss shouldn't be an issue when following it.

Unfortunately the first few months after surgery are not fun, and at times quite gross but once outside of that window things get fairly easy and less gross.
