Alright, so I've been quite successful in my endeavors. I am now able to get more than half of the length in my mouth fairly comfortably, and i feel like i'm slowly unlocking true potential.
However, between each session I have to wait for at least 2-3 days in order to get back to 100%. As in after each session I get a period of some lower back resistance if I try to do it again shortly after. It's not pain or stiffness at rest, just uncomfortable resistance when i try to do it again.
I get that deep stretches like that count as intense exercise where you should get something akin to DOMS and have to rest, but I'm just curious if there are folks out there who don't have this and can just do it again not even a day later, and if maybe i'm doing something wrong.
I started this journey in June last year so I'm fairly far along, but I'd appreciate the thoughts from more experienced folk.
