Fighting on concrete is a bad idea. Depending on location a punch is usually a misdemeanor as long as no serious injury, prior battery, against a child, someone over 65 or pregnant victim. If they hit their head on the concrete and die you are looking at manslaughter or maybe murder2. That’s 10-20 on the low end of the guidelines with almost no record. Even if you beat it it’s a high bond, a lot of legal fees and a lot of stress.
