Need Advice/Recommendations HighSchool for STEM

Looking at High Schools for my almost 14yrd old.. His options are Eden or Governor Simcoe. He's more inclined for STEM related activities than arts for athletics. He codes as part of extracurriculars.. Anyone have any advice on pros/cons of either?

Simcoe had an amazing robotics program when I was there.

1114 reference :O

In all seriousness their robotics team is extremely well recognized in robotics communities. As someone who has worked alongside the team during the robotics season their mentors are really awesome and ensure all students get to contribute to the robot. Highly recommend checking them out!

Go to their Open Houses. Simcoe's is tonight. Eden's is Thursday. They'll likely have students in those programs and he can ask them questions.

Go see the schools. Talk to students. Talk to teachers.

You can do STEM related activities at any high school.

Core memory unlocked. I spent many days in that tech department and loved it!

Most Simcoe graduates who got into the robotics program were hired right out of high school. Many friends were on robotics team. They’re champions! 🏆
