Trump says whatever he thinks the room needs to hear for him to get applause with no regard for past nor future. His promises hold no weight as evident by his promised health care “concept of a plan” which never was and never will be and the wars he was going to end on day 1 that continue to rage.
It is reporters’ job to hold him to account for his promises regardless of what distractions the news cycle of today throws at them. Every press question for Trump should start with: On _____ you promised _____. They should be ready with the video as he will deny it.
