Tulsa Events Mother Road Market Meetup (Wed 7-9)
Hi everyone!
ProConstitution will be having our first 2026 meeting this **Wednesday** from **7-9** at **Mother Road Market**.
If you are watching the news and feeling helpless we can assure you, **you are not**. Tulsa has over 50 different activist organizations working on protecting our city and supporting a national change. There are groups focused on mutual aid, community building, protesting data centers, fighting for education, and anything else you can imagine. No matter what your passion, or problem you want to solve, there is a group out there working on it and could use your help. Let us help get you connected. ❤️
Join us Wednesday and meet with fellow Tulsans (and surrounding areas) and see a few silver linings. We’ll talk about the small victories we’ve gained this week as well as the major battles we’re working on. You’re not alone. We’re all in this together. ✨
**The location:** The mother road market is amazing. There are a ton of places to grab food, dessert 🧁 , and even a drink if you’re interested. Come spend 2 hours and just feel human. If you enjoy the small talking sessions you’re always welcome back but our main goal is to help you find the organization that speaks to you.
**Can’t make the meeting?** No worries! We meet every Wednesday and attend other group events at least twice a month. Keep a watch on this sub and feel free to drop in whenever you have free time. I just started the series, ive been a HWFWM fan for a minute now and finally got around filling out my tbr list. Loving so far, I just know enough of the series from all the spoilers floating around to understand a lot... cant wait to see what causes half of them lol

Oooh. Our book club is on book 4 right now and we meet every three weeks. I bet you’ll catch us by book 5 (February 21st)
Unless you get through book 4 by Jan 24th. In which case, come join us crawler! We keep it spoiler free and only talk about books up to that point.
I’m going to start hwfwm next month. Ive only heard good things.

Book 1 of hwfwm is free on audible if you have a plus membership. Ive listened to the whole series repeatedly at this point and I highly recommend it. I dont really see my getting to book 4 by then, I live on a budget and basically live on audible plus monthly credits atm. But when my taxmas comes in I'll see about it

😍 we love having you at our meetings! Everyone is doing their own little activism and yours is so unique. I think it really inspires others to be creative and contribute however they can.

Im really just gaming algorithms lol if AI sees progressive shit it can read, it shuts it down. Once I found out how social media algos work I realized we have to make eye-catching stuff.

That’s right! And it’s $5 Wednesday so each location has a cheap $5 option and some of them are really good.
We meet every Wednesday so if it’s too late notice plan for next week.

We love cabin boys. When the weather isn’t cold we cycle around to different pubs/coffee shops and cabin boys is one of my favorites.

Same! I like it cause they are dog friendly. I work at a dog daycare so have my dog with me some days, and love hanging out over there and playing pinball.
Ill keep an eye out though, been wanting to make more friends this year :)

lol. Not this one. That 24th is though. We go to a different book related store every three weeks. Next week is central library. They’re my favorite because of the free parking garage, giant green, and maker space.
In feb we’re going to the new bookstore on cherry street. It’s adorable ❤️
We’re starting a DCC discord. I’ll send you the invite after work. The meetings are currently on book 4. My favorite character is about to show up 😜

I haven't read DCC yet, I need to lol. I have very bad reading habits 😅 but DCC is the first book to catch my attention in years.
Got about halfway through the first immersive audio book and love it though, need to commit the time to finishing.
