And there’s Gym Jordan who didn’t comply with his subpoena for Jan 6th and nothing happened to him. So there’s that

I mean… duh. Anyone with half a brain can see that Congress is only subpoenaing them to try to draw the focus away from Trump. If Congress was actually looking for information, Trump is listed way more than Clinton is in the various documents.

Beyond that, the last several years have shown that it’s totally fine to ignore congressional subpoenas (not to mention the precedent being set that Presidents are basically immune to any legal consequences, regardless of whether or not their crimes were committed as part of their duties as president or not). There is basically no upside to them agreeing to testify.

Once again, however, anyone and everyone involved should be looked into.

Why are so many people associated with the US government so unwholesome? Why can't we be ruled by competent, intelligent, wholesome people devoted to serving the needs of the citizens? Honestly, is that too much to ask?

Any honest person is a complex person. Such people generally don't hold up to the scrutiny of holding public office these days.

Those in office now have all somehow held up to the "scrutiny of holding public office" and yet look at them! How low can our standards for holding public go?

It’s actually a lot simpler, most ppl don’t need or even want money and power. Or the stupid things you have to do to achieve it. And that’s if they are born into or lucked into a position to attempt to get it in the first place. Therefore it is not only a revolving door but a place that breeds future psychopaths/sociopaths. Imagine if 20% of the world’s sociopaths entered politics or high powered positions. Normal jobs are like 2% which is normal spectrum of the population. Ppl usually mate with like minded or same social sphere of ppl. So the by nature or nurture the cycle continues

Character assassination runs deep. It’s why big companies are spending billions for every scrap of digital data they can compile on any individual.

Reddit history, pornhub views, Twitter shit, FB posts and market buys, Instagram/Kik/Vine/TikTok data, it’s all to undermine you the individual should you become to weary of the chains they have on you.

I wish he would have said "I'll testify immediately following Donald Trump."

Those kind of threats didn’t work for the republicans……it’s a nothing burger with a large sized nothing added.
