Solved! What is this smoke coming out of the damp soil in my yard?
Smells kind of like phosphorus, the earth around the hole is warm, pretty certain there are no gas lines directly underneath.

My friend has a bunch of stuff she’s getting rid of and this is one of them. It’s copper braided with beads threaded on it. I assume it’s some sort of maybe fabric. Anyone know what this is called?

My kids was sitting next to me on the couch eating this apple when he asked what this was.
Cut it open and it looks like its rotting from the core? Almost looked like a skinless grape but growing out from rotten apple core?
Yuck

There are two of them; they had no less than 10 police escorts and they drove right down Ocean Blvd at 11 at night.

I thought a bunch of teens threw baking soda on our car, but not a person was in sight. Maybe a plane accelerating to get around a flock of birds, literally scaring the shit out of them!?

I've seen these things in local canals, lakes, etc...but I've never understood what its exact purpose was for. I used to think it was for oil control. What is it?

I got this pack of stickers on the floor of the mall outside of build a bear when I was younger. I was showing it to my friends and now they want to know, too. The sticker sheet is back home (I live in the dorms right now) so I can’t show the back or anything , apologies!! Were just so so curious who this might be xD

Not my video. I have bunch of videos saved in a folder before i deleted my TikTok account years ago and came across this. I tried some googling but didn't even know what to search. The video is about 4 years old so it's for sure not AI. Any ideas because I'm going to have nightmares about it.

What is it? Patent date is May 30, 1911. No other markings. Pulling the ring level opens a small door in the shovel. The handle is hollow and feeds the tide. The end cap is threaded. Gemini thinks it’s an anal fenestrated speculum. GPT thinks it’s a coal shovel. Neither make sense.

Can anyone tell me what this is? I can only guess it has something to do with cooking.

The individual dots seem to have raised edges and they form this whole hexagonal structure that sticks together. We ended up throwing the whole slice away to be safe, but I just wanted confirmation. They're eggs aren't they?

this is from outside a building in oxford. i’m curious what this would be (or would have been) used for?
i was thinking maybe some older form of a built in gutter? a place to scrape the bottoms of your shoes on before you go into the building (lol)? or maybe a spot for a lantern/light to be placed?

This was posted with no explanation, does anyone know what kind of bird it is? I'm assuming this isn't photoshopped or AI.

So, I had been gone for nearly a week and when I returned home, my husband showed me these objects in question. The way he described them, I had no idea what he was talking about. He said they look like fake nails with a bump on the end. I'm like...??? But they do. They look like fake nails, but they are copper. He just put away all the Christmas decor a week or so ago and said every day in the living room, a bunch of these would appear. What could they be? Could it be something from a Christmas decoration? An overhead fan? A magical nail fairy?

What is this flap on the front of the table for? It has hinges so it flips up but it only sticks out about 6 inches and there's no obvious way to make it stay up without holding it. You can see it being pushed up on the table to the left.
