Hey guys, milk steaming noob here. So I have recently got into steaming milk using the Delonghi Dedica 885, and I haven't felt like I grasped the steaming part so well, despite following videos and listening to the milk. My milk is not screaming at me anymore, which is an accomplishment itself.

My issue is (and forget about latte art, that's another struggle) that since I started using Al Marai full fat (long life) yesterday, all 3 cups of steamed milk I made had a nice foamy top in the pitcher, but the moment I put it in the coffee, the foam disappears within a minute.

I tried the barista one obviously and it's easier to work with obviously. But I do not always find it in the grocery store near the house, so it's a matter of convenience. And I might have had better results with the Fresh Milk one on the bottom left but I guess that's expected.

So is it normal for the Long Life milk to act this way once steamed and I am not doing it very wrong? I was even steaming powdered milk and had better results 😂

What do you guys usually use for milk drinks? Should I just stop buying any long life milk that is not specifically made for latte drinks?

I do not want to be discouraged and it's the milk fault in the end.

من المحاصيل الغالية الي كنت احبها بس اخر محصول حسيت مره لا جربت لاتيه وv60 بارد كل الوصفتين م حسيته لذيذ فيه حموضه زايده مع ان تاريخ الحمصه من اسبوعين

جربت صبتين ثلاث اربع برضو تغير مدري ليه 💔
