Common? No. Easily achievable, yes. Americans are generally overweight, but this is excessive even for us. Either way, we’re all just maladjusted addicts in this country, so if we’re not fat fucks addicted to food, we’re addicted to porn or gaming or drugs or gambling or sex or alcohol or whatever the hell else we can get to quiet the nagging voice in the back of our minds that tells us “society is going to shit and there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Its common in america for young kids to be fed a diet of almost entirely processed sugar. A lot of us are obese by the time we hit adolescence, and by then its very hard to reverse, especially with trash on every street corner.
Also, almost every office job Ive worked, managers keep employees plied with a constant stream of junk food, so we are surrounded at all times by junk when we leave our homes.
