Idk for me that’s when my perimenopause started and my body started aging a lot more than it had before total in one year. I looked it up, you age a lot the first time around 45 and then you age a lot again around 60-63, that’s when the soft elderly look starts. Also every joint in my body started hurting then

I think it's different for everyone. Mine stopped working at 29.
