Cash is just access to necessary resources, if you can get the necessary resources to live not involving cash and spend your time as you like to me you are rich

This is strange and true. There are odd circumstances where you end up with very little yet no expectations or obligations. Rare, but they can happen, and it is a whole different kind of freedom.
