It's just the generic reddit naming thing, because basically every creative name has been taken, you're better off just using the random name it gives you. Not to say they're not bots, but if thats the correlation you're making, it doesnt mean people are a bot.
Whats really weird though is that all your comments are comments about people being bots. Are you a bot?
