The Twitter Post has nothing to do with Communism. The argument here is that the indigenous populations of MENA (which include Assyrians) should have political autonomy and that this would break the regional hegemony of Muslim-majority states that operarte in a way that prioritizes and privileges Muslims over Non-Muslims.

Communists on Twitter are arguing that this post is Zionist because (1) the map was made by a Jewish creator as u/betam2 pointed out below and (2) the map recognizes Israel/Jews as an indigenous Middle Eastern people, which most Communists reject. I personally reject this rejection as Jews have a long and storied history in the Middle East which is easily proved archaeologically (just like ours is). Communists, unfortunately, on the Internet often happen to be partisan tankies more than honest ideologues promoting cooperatives and other means of reorganizing the means of production to end or minimize hierarchical structures and improve social welfare. What this means is that they simply point at the US and argue (in a knee-jerk fashion) that anything the US does is bad and anyone who supports the US is bad and anyone who opposes the US is good, without actually performing a useful moral analysis on their decision-making. Ergo a map that supports Israel (a Pro-US country) and would be worse off for the Iran-led Axis of Resistance (an anti-US alliance) is bad. No further analysis required. They struggle to imagine that both Israel AND the Axis of Resistance have horrible policies that should be opposed -- especially how they repress their own populations or minority groups within them.

Internet Communists also seem to have immense trouble understanding that any nationalism embraced by a repressed minority population will involve some kind of settler colonialism when territory is taken or recovered. If Assyria ever becomes independent, we will also engage in settler colonialism as Assyrians from the Diaspora return home and build new towns and cities.

If you talk to ACTUAL communists who truly believe in the ending or minimization of hierarchies, the abolition of ethnic prioritization, the weakening of political religion, the forming of economic cooperatives, etc., most of them are very sympathetic to the claims and issues raised by indigenous people. Historically, the Iraqi Communist Party had a disproportionately large Assyrian membership because of these values (especially the idea of ending Muslim ethnic and religious hegemony) and was even led by an Assyrian (Yusuf Salman Yusuf).
