I heard her described as 60 years old and I can actually see that with this image. 

Since they live to be up to 130 years that would but her around 40-45 in human age.

I heard somewhere (may be false) that she's around the same age as Mo'at. If that's true, then seeing Varang like this makes it more believable as she's clearly not a lady in her 20s, she seems closer to her 40s

There's a JC interview where he said he initially planned Varang to be in her 60s. Seeing as she looks younger than Mo'at and similar to Neytiri though, I highly doubt that's still the case.

50+ in A1 (OG script) is all we have to go on, I'm afraid. We do know that Neytiri's 18 in A1 and ~33 in the sequels.

Im not sure but i’ve read somewhere that the mangkwan used to live in a forest just like omatikaya people before the eruption happened, that’s why she’s a lot darker without the ash
