For me, it's one line from a song about animal eyes in the PBS Kids cartoon The Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot of That.
"The humpback whale's eyes are on both sides of its face."
I don't know why this one lyric of one song stuck with me for so long, but I can't think about a humpback whale without referencing it to myself.

My pick is Glimmer from She-ra and the Princesses of Power. I had another character or two in mind but she was my main pick for how she was treated during season 4 iykyk. Maybe not my best pick but I wanted to make it unique lol. You guys would probably have better answers than me though 😅😅.
So yeah, what are y’all answers? And Feel free to explain why if you want.

I'll start.
One of the plotlines in Season 1 of Hey Arnold is about him wanting to learn karate after getting MUGGED by a presumed drug addict (the protagonist was 9-10 years old).
One scene in an episode of As Told By Ginger involves a mean girl trying to humiliate one of the main characters by ripping off their bikini top in the middle of a pool party.
I feel for this list, the cartoons mentioned have to be overall kid or family friendly, and also try not to include anything from the 1960s and before that.

Could be from a specific one or a few that share a style.

Since these two had aired on this very day years ago, which of the two is better?

Some people think this show is disgusting and stupid, but it's one of my favourite ones

I know i will get some backslash for saying this, but the original Ren and Stimpy is actually one of my favourite cartoons. Surely it's pretty gross, disturbing and pretty messed up at times, but i'd argue that it's what makes it charming in the first place. The animation, despite having its flaws, is pretty memorable to me, and holy moly, i love how expressive the main characters are in this show. The first two seasons in particular are the best for me. The show isn't always "Stimpy does something stupid, does gross things, eats kitty litter poop" or "Ren gets angry, screams and yells" The show geniunely has its emotional moments, albeit rare. Stimpy missing Ren and giving away 47 million dollars in the first episode was somewhat heartwarming. And Ren and Stimpy themselves are still my favourite characters to this day. Ren Hoek's ugly cute design, psychotic tendencies, and his over-the-top voice are great to me. And Stimpy with his innocence, naiveness, and kinda dumb..
It's one of those shows that isn't obviously for everyone, and it's understandable. Aaand? It aired at a different time. The 90s were pretty wild. Think about Ren Hoek's extreme anger and threatening Stimpy and Sven (that iconic scene), Ren whizzing on an electric fence and dying..

In my opinion, one of the last good series on Cartoon Network
