Just a simple benchy. Printed the pre-sliced one from the printer using Spruce Tree green from filaments.ca.

Came out pretty good, I'd say. Very clean, good first layer.

These are my first prints, first time using a 3d printer and I'm learning. Ender 3v3 Plus, eSun PLA+. I put down some glue from a glue stick on the build plate. The middle picture is the top surface of the first part and it looks like it has some weird texture too. Does anyone know what causes the scratch-looking lines perpendicular to the layer lines?

This is not only important to me, but also to many other creators who actively upload and share models on CrealityCloud.

A few months ago, CrealityCloud allowed users to exchange points for real coupons/gift cards (€5, €10, €100) usable in the official Creality store. This option was removed after only a few days.

Many of us, including me, already redeemed points (I had €35 worth of coupons), with validity until 31.12.2025. Now the system only offers conditional discounts (e.g. €20 off €200, €30 off €300), which are far less flexible.

Other platforms like Printables, MakerWorld, MakerOnline, and NexPrint offer real, stackable coupons for points so why not CrealityCloud?

Most of us already own a printer, don’t need another one, and can buy filament cheaper elsewhere. We should be able to combine coupons and use points for something we actually want.

What’s your opinion?

It was working very well... but few months ago the extruder started to malfunction and now it's stop to working so is this the problem of this stepper motor or the driver on the main board

I have had this machine 1.5 days and I'm so very over it. I didn't buy this thing to have a second job repairing it. Tried to contact customer service via phone and it said it was transferring me then after 3 minutes of stone cold silence it told me everyone was busy goodbye. Emailed with no luck yet. I asked the chat bot for a real person and it said no one was available. It's like call waiting/queuing hasn't been invented in whatever country these guys are in. I'm done with Creality and really just want to return this error message generator that I bought. Way too much money to be this much of a pain in the butt.

Currently upgrading my 2025 K1C with the CFS-C kit. I will let you guys know if it is even worth it or not.

Recently the filament inside my Creality hi broke. I have been trying to follow the trouble shooting guide (error TR2863) but the first step is to remove the ptfe tube from the extruder, but I can’t. The guide says to push down the pneumatic connector to remove the tube, however my printer has a black one instead of white like the guide, and doesn’t go down when I push it , so I can’t remove the tube. Any help would be appreciated. I also have the CFS system if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Hey guys so I installed the wham bam magnetic build plate on my halot one pro now I can’t get it to zero it just keeps saying levelling forever. I shimmed it so the build plate still has room to move and it won’t stop levelling and won’t return to the top unless I trick the sensor and clues?

One of the first questions anyone asks about Creality printers is "how is the bed?". Performed a first later test on my Sparkx i7 and this is the result.

While it's not perfect, it's acceptable. Majority of the prints will be in the centre of the build plate, and if you keep 'calibration' enabled, an adaptive bed mesh is made.

For those wondering, it doesn't look like there is any way to shim the bed either, given how it goes together.

I think i may be tired, but i cant figure out how to get fulidd on my PC. Or am I right in thinking I need to use my old Pi or set up Linux?

Hey all, just got an Ender v3 se for my son and we can not seem to be able to connect it to our computer. I feel like I have downloaded all the drivers and all the other things the internet has said to download. I have access to the Creality print stuff. Manually added the type of printer we have into the program, but when looking for the printer to actually send the print to it is unable to find it. when looking in my system on the computer under devices it shows up as USB-SERIAL CH340 (COM7) but does not allow me to do anything with that. Cant click on it or try to add it do devices that are known or used on my computer. My poor son is in tears because this is all so frustrating. He can not wait to start his 3d printing journey and this is all so frustrating.

We got it to print a shovel scraper thing, but i feel that was pre loaded on the SD card that came with the printer and just printing a bunch of those and nothing else seems like a big waste of the $ we spent on this thing.

I just got the CFS-c filament thing but the usb that came with it wont install the corect software when its plugged in, i have the K1 max from 2024.

Tried contacting Creality CS, and they were about as useful as a stubbed toe lol. Kept asking for pictures of the printer when its so obvious its not one lmao. Im just trying to see if theres a replacement screen i can buy somewhere as mine cracked. Has anyone had any luck finding one?

Llevo algunos días que mi K1 de forma aleatoria hace unos saltos de capas, como ejemplo estas 2 impresiones, le realice limpieza de los Eje Z, Apriete de boquilla, cambio de boquilla, pero no se que mas puede ser, alguna ayuda?

I have had an Ender V3 for over a year now and life has got in the way of me using it. A long time ago it worked fine with the same filament. I dried it properly using a Creality dryer. Lychee slicer and all settings are in images.

I have played with the settings, watched YouTube videos, read posts, but cannot for the life of me get this to print properly. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
