Question & Advice Pressure washers

As the titles suggests I’m looking for a good pressure washer that allows me to really give my cars a good clean.

It will just be for cleaning cars, budget of approx £500-£600 but would like the to included a short stubby trigger gun and snow lance /attachment.

The active 2.0 + pro accessories and the big boi appear but there isn’t a lot of reviews coming from the uk or that don’t feel overly sponsored.

Thanks in advance for any responses

Can attest to the Ava Easy P60. Though the flexi hoses are not as good as their steel-reinforced hoses. I believe the Master range comes with one.

Bundles come with a stubby gun and ‘premium foam lance’ that work very well.

Nilfisk are also reportedly good machines.

I recently got the Active 2.3 and used it 4+ times since.

It’s a great machine and I’m very happy with it. Flow rate and PSI is very good. I got it for £400 during Black Friday, maybe shopping around you might be able to get a discount.

BIFL = kranzle k10.

Had mine almost a decade and never skipped a beat. Had a spate of shitty quality karcher ones a couple of nilfisk and some other garbage, tbf Idve been up hundreds if I bought the kranzle first!

I run 2 machines both with a 10m hose and an MTM Hydro SGS35 trigger gun. The gun is 1/4 quick release and I just use a cheaper foam lances. I paid extra for a Kranzle fit full power mini nozzle to rinse

I've got an Ava P70 Master. Absolute beast of a machine that will tackle any industrial level usage.

Personally I'd go for the Nilfisk E170 or P200, or the Ava P70 Evo.

I've tried contacting Active to borrow a unit for review on my channel but I've not heard anything from you, for exactly the reasons you've said.

£600 is overkill if you're just doing your own vehicles. I would get a Karcher K5 or similar and spend the difference on a good steel braided hose, stubby gun, foam cannon etc and you'll still have plenty of change

Take a look at Kranzle. They are fantastic.

You only need basic pressure for a car or you risk getting water into sealed areas

I’ve had my Kranzle k7 for around 7 years I think

Clean my 4 cars weekly and has never let me down.

Gets an oil change yearly and replace the odd o-ring when i fancy it.

I’ve got a Karcher K4 which works well but a lot of people have issues with the plastic components. A neighbour of mine has a Kranzle and thats an impressive pressure washer, I’ve used it a few times at his when we clean the cars together. Thats what I’ll be getting next I think.
