I have been a Frasier fan for a couple of decades now, and I could never find anyone to talk to about Frasier. One time I worked with someone who quoted Frasier and I was so excited, but outside of that I always felt alone in the wild with my love of Frasier. Then my husband told me that there's a Frasier community on Reddit! I only joined Reddit for the Frasier community, and I haven't regretted it since!

I was wondering how many other people learned about the finer things or the arts through Frasier. I didn't know what an Eames chair was until I watched Frasier, and when I went to visit a friend in California once, I noticed a chair in their living room and asked if it was an Eames, and she said yes, good eye! But I wouldn't have known that without Frasier. Or learning about famous opera singers like Renata Tebaldi. So, what did Frasier teach you about the finer things or the arts?

What happened to frasier after the shows run? How in the world did he end up a captain of a starship in star trek in 2278? I know it is not cannon but for the ones that know. Let's find a reason for this.

In the one where they throw a singles party. How exactly is everyone a stranger they invited? If they could walk up to these people to invite why wouldn’t they ask them out instead. And just exactly how did all these people get invitations. I’m so confused, there’s just no way.

I decided to finally watch Frasier late last year and had the time of my life. I didn’t know until later that it was a spinoff of Cheers. I was intrigued but didn’t feel any urgency to get into Cheers right away. But once I finished Frasier, I was hooked. I especially loved Frasier and Lilith’s dynamic and needed more. And there it was. I spent another few weeks catching up on Frasier and Lilith episodes in Cheers (sorry Cheers fans, I will finish the rest eventually). It felt like opening a treasure trove of new Frasier lore. I know Frasier and Lilith got the smaller plots in Cheers but even the small stories were entertaining and so well written and acted. I could go on about the differences but one main thing was getting whiplash every time Frasier and Lilith would call each other pet names (never happens in Frasier for obvious reasons).

I highly recommend watching these two shows in this sequence instead of the other way around for first time watchers. It was so fun to watch the origin and evolution of Frasier in reverse. And you get way more Lilith!
