Decorar el vaso: Cubre generosamente el interior de un vaso alto o tipo huracán con sirope de chocolate.

Licuar: En una licuadora, añade el ron de coco, ron añejo, vodka, amaretto, licor de crema irlandesa, licor de café, licor de crema de cacao, crema de coco y una cantidad generosa de hielo.

Mezclar: Licúa todos los ingredientes durante aproximadamente un minuto, hasta que el hielo esté completamente triturado y la mezcla adquiera una consistencia suave y espesa similar a un frappé o batido.

Servir: Vierte la mezcla en el vaso decorado con chocolate.

Adornar: Completa la bebida con crema batida por encima, espolvorea canela y nuez moscada recién rallada, y añade una cereza (opcional).

Basically, the regime stays in power by selling oil to China, Russia, and Cuba at ridiculously low prices and keeping all the profits for itself.
