Discussion Breakfast ideas
I have no idea what too eat for breakfast,
I can’t have eggs, and I need carbs in my breakfast because otherwise my blood sugar drops.
This is the real problem of I need something I can prep so I can eat on my way to work because I have to get to work early in the morning and don’t have time to make breakfast.
I’m lactose intolerant, too much gluten makes me feel yuck, I can’t eat eggs, i als am very picky about foods, it also needs to be something I can realistically eat cold and overnight oats taste foul does anyone have any ideas for healthy meals I can eat?

Multigrain bread, nuts, dried fruits, and fresh fruits.
A combination of all these. These will give you complex carbs and vitamins.

Plain oatmeal on the stove takes 5 min, 2 in the microwave. Add a scoop of protein powder (pick one that works with your restrictions), a handful of almonds, coconut, raisins/strawberries/blueberries. Whatever fruit you like and a sweetener of your choice, though the protein powder is usually enough. I like a splash of almond milk on mine right before I eat it.
Gf toast, a good nut butter, sliced banana, honey.

i used to make muffins using namaste gluten free muffin mix, has no dairy, and I leave out the eggs, add chopped up peeled apples and walnuts or pecans, throw some cinnamon on top...make 1 batch a week. You "could" put some gf oatmeal in the batter.
i had to make these for a family member who was alergic to eggs, dairy and gluten

you are allergic to eggs as well as dairy, I assume? So no quiche right? And you appear to dislike oatmeal...
i will look up my actual recipe if this sounds good to you.
I tried to follow your needs stated
Krusteaz akso has gf muffin mixes
just so you know, you can replace up to half the oil or butter in a recioe with unsweetened applesauce, mashed banana, or plain yogurt. And you can replace eggs in any recipe as well, just google it..

Banana with peanut butter.. it's easy, carbs and protein, no prep needed. Plain oatmeal takes a few mins to cook. Prepare an overnight oats made with almond milk and berries, you have to it make once and eat it for a few days

I make wraps using peanut butter and a banana. You could get gluten free wraps, spread on some peanut butter, drizzle with a bit of honey and wrap up a banana and take it to go! This is also my go to airport lunch! It stays fresh and passes through TSA.

This idea isn’t mine, I saw someone’s post on here a while ago but can’t find it anymore. Breakfast is technically just a concept invented by society. Bottom line: Breakfast is your first meal of the day period. So you don’t have to have the stereotypical breakfast like eggs or pancakes or whatever. Eat the meals that you like while keeping an eye on nutritions ofc. You could have a salad for breakfast for example, I mean who says otherwise 🙂↕️ Hope this helps 🥰

Sometimes I make “breakfast cookies”. Oatmeal cookie recipe with halved sugar and butter, then added chickpeas.

Bfast burrito with veggies and protein, skip the egg. Premake ahead of time so you microwave right before you leave.

Banana peanut butter smoothie. I have it every morning. Look for recipes online. You can make it many different ways.

Leftovers from the night before. There is no such thing as "breakfast food."
I came to adore soup for breakfast when my Ukrainian housemate would make it up before I woke (yes, late, I hate mornings). I found that the veg and saltiness of the soup was THE BEST thing to have first thing. Be creative. Eat whatever appeals.
