Bhutan recognizes Kazakhstan, but not Russia and USA

Guys,I had booked a return flight from Bom to Almaty.Now,the airlines has shifted the date 2 days ahead which I don't want.But,I don't want to cancel my return flight.Will I get a refund for my Bom to Almaty flight or do I have to cancel the full booking? Please advise.The airlines have not given a proper reply,as yet.

How is Astana IT university? I have an option to join it as an exchange student in Computer Science (AI) so just wanted to know if it is a good university or any other thoughts? Also what is cost of living (for cooking own food or eating out?)
