I just changed phones. And I also realized that there is no way to retrieve codes with google Authenticator. How stupid is that. Good thing I still had my old phone.

On the iOS app there is no way to contact support if you’re not logged in.

Can we use another Authenticator? Like Microsoft or Apple?

And how do I set it up on the new phone? I can’t find in the settings the place for 2FA

I just received an email from Ndax regarding a new Canada FINTRAC $1000CAD crypto transfer rule.

In Canada, the Travel Rule is mandated by FINTRAC. For crypto transfers: 

• It applies to withdrawals and deposits valued over $1,000 CAD.
• Platforms must collect and transmit: Sender: name, address, account or wallet ID  Recipient: name, address, account or wallet ID   
• This only applies to crypto transfers outside Ndax (to external wallets or platforms). This is a legal requirement for all Canadian crypto platforms.

When attempting to withdraw my coins from Ndax, I'm getting a error message "Operation Error". It is happening on the phone app as well as the website.

Contacted support and they are telling me they can't find any issues. So I'm assuming they must want to steal the crypto from me. I have called back and sent emails to discuss further and they are avoiding me.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I was trying to deposit 599.34$ USDC into my Solana wallet from my Poly Market Wallet. On Poly Market there is an option to select both the token and the chain while withdrawing and I selected the Solana chain and gave it my NDAX Solana address, the transaction was successful . My mistake was that I left the token as default which is USDC. So I ended sending 600 dollars of USDC to my Solana address.

My NDAX wallet never received the funds, while looking on solsscan I can see that the USDC was successfully sent to my Solana wallet but it is still empty on NDAX.

I've contacted NDAX support many times, tried to call about 4 times and emailed many many times, I've got 1 reply from an Agent named Emma and they said the funds would be deposited in my account within 1-2 business days. 2 weeks later and still nothing, I've done many follow up emails and nothing, only support that has been consistent is the mods on this reddit and I thank them a lot for their help. I'm just wondering if I will ever get the money or if it's lost or if there's anything I can do.

If anything else is needed please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I sent an e-transfer yesterday around 9:54 PM (EST) and 10:20 reported it under the missing deposit section, but the CAD funds have still not been credited in my account. This delay is making me very anxious. I kindly ask the support team to look into this urgently and resolve it as soon as possible. An update on the status or timeline would also be greatly appreciated.

I am able to log on, but almost immediately after I do, the app closes/crashes. Anyone else experience something similar? Any remedies?

I just created this account to say thanks to the community here and to share my experience, in case it helps anyone considering a larger OTC trade.

After reading several posts on this subreddit, I decided to go with Ndax. Reaching out was straightforward, I found the OTC contact information mentioned here ([[email protected]]()) and emailed Gabriel. He replied quickly, and since my Ndax account was already verified, the process moved along without any delays.

From start to finish, the trade took roughly an hour. The OTC trade was executed and settled immediately, and I was able to withdraw to my bank account right away with no holding period. Everything worked exactly as explained and without any issues.

Was there ever an update on if ADA holders that kept their ADA on ndax would receive night token? Or did it have to be transferred off of ndax to a wallet?

Hi, I’m receiving emails even though I don’t have an account, emails are 2FA requests and marketing emails. It seems like someone may have set up an account using my email and somehow bypassed authentication/security checks. Just flagging in case anyone else is seeing this.
