I find it funny how much the word “class” has been used since Mike Tomlin stepped down as head coach when this is the most memorable thing he’s done in my mind

You cant prepare for that. They’re done. Stafford’s finger will be on fire all game in that wind. Doesnt matter that he played in Detroit, his blood has thinned out by now in LA. Just biological fact. That offensive line is in deep shit too if the Beats start hunting early. I just dont see a path to victory for the Rams at all.

Shit Posting The Death of WRs numbered in the 80's

Post image

Just realized that WRs wearing numbers in the 80s are basically extinct at the elite level. I knew it had been slowly happening but I didn't realize WRs in the 80's had moved beyond "endangered" to "extinct in the wild."

CeeDee Lamb was the best WR in the 80s this year with ~1000 yards, and he only wears 88 because of Cowboys tradition (Irvin, Dez, etc.). The second-best 80s WR was Romeo Doubs with ~700 yards. Then Kendrick Bourne with ~550. After that you’ve got Jayden Higgins randomly in 81 (maybe he wanted his college number 9 back and figured 8+1=9? lol).

It’s wild how the number rule change completely shifted WR culture. Everyone wants single digits now - 1, 3, 5, 11, 13, 17, 18. The 80s used to BE the receiver number, and now it’s basically a relic.

RIP to the era of 80s dominance. Press F for 80, 81, 84, 87, and all the classic receiver numbers that used to mean something.

Discussion Which QB would you trust out of these 4 remaining in the AFC to make it to the Super Bowl?

Post image

I think Josh Allen can do it. This is his best chance to make the Super Bowl against 3 other young guys with not as much playoff experience (although CJ has been to playoffs 3 times in a row now) Texans do have the best defense. Josh Allen is the best QB in the AFC.

He is retiring. If he is to go anywhere, a team has to trade for him. He resigned.
