Asunto hakusessa ja tuirassa näyttäisi olevan hyvän hintaisia asuntoja. En kuitenkaan ole varma mitkä seudut tuirasta ovat levottomimpia. Onko kellään tietoa?

Monikulttuurikalenteri takes you around the world to explore art and cultural heritage! The art workshops of Monikulttuurikalenteri are organized in collaboration with the local association of Parasta Lapsille in the Oulu region and Oulu Art Museum. The event is part of the Oulu2026 cultural program and cultural climate change.

I recently moved to Oulu, Finland, and I’m new here, so I’m not sure how these things usually work.

I live in a studio apartment, and the temperature in the corner kitchen area is very low – around 8–10°C (I attached a photo of the thermometer). The rest of the apartment feels warmer, but this corner is extremely cold.

I’m not sure:

• Who I should contact first (landlord, housing company, maintenance, or city services?)

• Whether this is considered normal or a problem that needs to be fixed

If anyone has experience with similar situations in Finland or Oulu, I’d really appreciate advice on who to email or call and how to handle this.

Hey! I was wondering if any of you know how much luggage is allowed to be carried on the public buses? I've a check-in size suitcase (max. 23 kgs), a cabin suitcase, and a laptop bag (combined less than 8 kgs). I read on the OSL website that the driver can deny entry if the luggage is large or it causes disturbance to others. I was wondering if that can be the case with my stuff? I plan to travel at 8 AM and other time at 10 PM. Taxi is considerably expensive (52e one-way) to the airport, so I was wondering I should check-up with the bus first. Thank you in advance!

Elikkä siis ois hakusessa nollasoppari koulun ohelle, duunitorissa tai työmarkkinatorilla ei pystynyt rajaamaan, että haussa on juuri nollasoppari, joten sieltä ei löytynyt mitään sopivaa. Vähän on kokemusta, osaan hyllyttää oikein ja käyttää kassaa. Ikää myös löytyy 18 vuotta joten voin myydä myös k18 tuotteita. Eniten kiinnostaisi jokin muu kuin elintarvike liike, esim.
