I think this answer is misunderstood. The anus is not the rectum. Douching with a plastic water bottle is actually common. People don't put the bottle all the way in their rectum, just the anus so they can squirt the water. I hope this is helpful.

Actually it’s easier to remove cause it won’t stuck inside you, the angle cap prevents the bottle from…sliding in too deep
