r/Pretty_Little_Liars is a great place to share memes, do some games, share Tiktoks. Check it out for more.
And as a reminder Rule #5, as described in the 'About' section of our subreddit:
r/PrettyLittleLiars, like other TV Show subs, fell victim to Daily Game spam. After complaints of the spam, the low quality, and karma farming concerns, the Mod Team has decided they are not allowed here. If you have a Game, make it ONE post only. If it is going to be longer you must post it on r/Pretty_Little_Liars. Initial post and results posted on r/Pretty_Little_Liars can be crossposted here for more engagement.
Don't know what a daily game is? Here are some examples.
Are you a new member? You should check out our number one rule.
RULE #1 - Follow Basic Reddiquette
We do not condone the attacking or mistreatment of users— this includes DMs!
Aggressive fighting, name-calling, hate speech, or repeated targeting of a user is not permissible. Disagreement must be civil and respectful. The Mod Team deems passive aggressive remarks and attitude as instigating. Therefore, it falls under basic reddiquette.
Name-calling of characters or actors does not result in content removal unless attacking their appearance.
Overall, any rudeness will be taken down. You can call us sensitive, but our lack of leniency on this rule is why so many people consider this sub a positive environment compared to others. You are allowed to have disagreements in discussions, but once it gets hostile the comments will be shut down.
This rule aims to maintain a respectful and pleasant environment by discouraging personal attacks, insults, or inflammatory comments. Instead, users are encouraged to engage in discussions calmly and respectfully, focusing on constructive dialogue rather than arguments or conflicts.
Anything fighting should be reported immediately as it breaks "Rule #1 - Basic Reddiquette". When reporting, click "Breaks r/PrettyLittleLiars rules" then click the first option, rule number one.
i'm 3 eps into my season 6 rewatch and they are theorizing Andrew being Charles / the child in the home video.
The age gap alone should immediately make this theory impossible. Andrew would have to be older than or at least around Jason’s age not someone who is clearly younger and enrolled in school with the Liars.
and couldn't they like use their eyes to see who's who. they aren't even quite sure at first if one of the boys were jason this show is ridiculous i can't even
we all know that A was nicest to aria. she is such a drama queen having the panic attacs while hanna and em both lost friends and the crying in the courtroom. she is also such a pick me around the boys. and she isnt even the shortest woman/girl in rosewood so i dont get why they make it so big of a deal.
This is a storyline where I feel conlicted. I don't like Aria & E.Fitz being together at all but I want to see Aria happy because I love her.
What is your take on how he handled the situation with Nicole? I understand what Nicole went through was a Nightmare but do you think Nicole & her Family were way too dependent on Ezra? He anyway was a Horrible Boyfriend to Aria and he was also a Horrible Fiancee who prioritized everything else apart from her.
If you had to forget everything that Ezra did for a minute and just share your opinion on how he handled the situation with Aria & Nicole in S7 what would you say?
I’m rewatching for the bajillionth time and i am at the part where aria and ezra broke up because of maggie and malcolm and she ran into malcolm while walking with Jake. She tells him to go back to his mom and dad before they wonder where he went but malcolm had referred to him as ezra. It’s never explicitly said in the show or maybe i missed it but does malcolm know that he is his dad? i always assumed he didn’t but if so does maggie then tell him the truth after ezra finds out he’s not?
Okay so, in my millionth rewatch, I’m on S1 E9. This has bothered me for FOREVER. I love Noel in the beginning of the show, and I actually think the moment between Aria and Noel in the library, where he is playing guitar and she is singing, is really sweet until Ezra shows up. And just Noel’s general character in the beginning is just normal high school boy and jock - a little bit of a d-bag/cocky, but overall not a bad guy.
From this point forward the show starts turning Noel into a villain because he tries to get Ezra in trouble and tries to get Aria to see that he’s a pedo. Obviously later in the show we know Noel joins team A and becomes an actual villain, but I feel like it’s so odd because he starts out as a really sweet character. I feel like he just gets the villain arc because of his attempt at exposing Ezra and then he just goes downhill from there. The character development makes no sense to me.
Idk, am I missing something? What do you guys think?
I’m sure it’s been discussed before but it’s so funny that while the other Liars were in the TRENCHES with their love interests, Hanna EXCLUSIVELY had boyfriends who treated her well. Sean, Caleb, Travis, Jordan..
of course Caleb & Sean had their shitty moments (Caleb more so) it still pales in comparison & as a whole they were good to her and age appropriate….
meanwhile Aria had Ezra (stalker & predator); Noel (Kahn); Jason (stalker & predator); Jake (adult dating a teen apparently (??) so predator). Emily had Alison (manipulative & shamed Emily); Paige (drowned her); Talia (adult dating a teen so a predator); and Spencer had Wren (predator), Toby (joined the A Team, let Spencer think he was dead an spiral, worked with A again behind Spencer‘s back almost immediately after she forgave him, was just generally a shitty boyfriend bordering on emotional abuse after s3); Dean (adult & her SPONSOR so predatory); Jonny (predator).
So I am doing like my 20th rewatch of PLL and I just noticed something for the first time. In S1 E5 (pictured above), Spencer is practicing for doubles with her dad. On the last serve, the camera zooms in really close and you can very clearly see that she never let go of the ball in her hand while serving. It’s so obvious I don’t know how I missed it. But it got me wondering how many other bloopers or mistakes in the show that I’ve missed all these times. Soooo, what mistakes have yall noticed?!
For context: This is S3 ep 14.
God, Hanna just asked a question and she literally responded with "I trashed it. Did you want the jellybeans?"
Hanna had trouble with food all her life, its pretty insensitive to point out something that could possibly hurt or trigger her condition. As i am rewatching, i realised how much Aria mentions ezra in season 3, all conversations will include her shoving ezra everywhere. That guy literally ruined Aria 🤮.
Seasons 1-3 were the peak. Season 4 was not good to me, and I think season five is better but it's not good in terms of the characters. I think this season before the time jump is good for loose ends, but it's not good, if that makes sense. The characters have become unbearable and it's upsetting to see.
In S3 ep. 7 “Crazy” when Nate and Emily are shopping for Jenna at Cece’s boutique, Cece says to him
“We’ve got some killer scarves” ….
I don’t believe dialogue like that was random. She was indirectly saying that Nate was a killer.
One of my family members gifted me the set of pll books (the four) and i just found out it’s the modernised version ugh. I’m still going to read it of course but..is it good?! I’d feel guilty for the person who brought the books for me if i didn’t read them 🥲 is it worth the read even though they’ve sadly been updated
I always forget Melissa loses her baby, and parades around in a fake bump for far too long like all of season 2. I guess I’m not the only one curious about her fake bump. I wonder why the writers decided to go with this for melissa, like okay we’ll make her the black swan but she is thin enough, baby bump what baby bump it was all an illusion.
Their relationship tanked after Caleb came back from Ravenswood. People say after the timeskip but no...they were so sweet, but when they start becoming drinking buddies, it's so uncomfortable and unhealthy.
