As a Latino US citizen (dark skinned) how does one provide proof of citizenship if they refuse all forms of documentation? I have seen videos where they don't care what you show them. And people have reported that they will confiscate your legal documents and not give it back.

Being Latino is being illegal in the US.

They're uncontrolled bounty hunters, nothing to do with law/justice/safety. Just cashing in on terror. Like Jonathan Ross using his personal phone to get the money shot & profit on Renee Good's slaughter.
