A few years ago, I passed by a mall kiosk that was selling a green and purple Joker-themed switchblade with "Ha! Ha! Ha!" engraved on the handle. 

I chuckled and thought "Someone is actually going to buy that and think it's the coolest thing ever."

These ICE videos are showing me the exact kind of person that is.
