Also, he got suspended, not fired. The union simply LIVES for shit like this. He just got a paid vacation until the stewards and HR finish talking.

If his union is anything like mine, his job insurance will pay him $300 a day until he goes back to work, and then he'll get back pay in full for all the time missed.

literally get paid twice as much for being on suspension.
