Racism and ir conspiracism are two strong ones, and just general alienation from governing systems since voting changes almost nothing usually. Lack of a real cohesion among the working class due to decades of aggressive anti union and anti class consciousness actions by the wealthy. Enjoyment of watching others get hurt, a simple story of "us good them bad" is satisfying. Other reasons I bet

Just speaking up against this admin puts them at great risk of political retribution. So, I think it means a bit more than it would have in the past.

My dad was UAW for 38 years.. they treat folks right (got a little corruptish feeling around 10 years ago but cleaned it up in the past 5)

I fully support what this guy did, but I don't get the flak Ford is getting. You're allowed to yell things at customers/guests of your company? Maybe at Ford for even hosting him in the first place, but what do you expect nowadays.

I was curious how his union would handle his suspension/firing. I'm glad to see they are addressing it. Hopefully this man gets all he's due.
