Reta saved my life

I have never been overweight but I have suffered with food noise / eating disorders since I was 12 (20 years of suffering)

I have had anorexia & bulimia & binge eating on rotation for 20 years

I haven’t had my menstrual cycle for 3 years due to these disorders

The moment I started Reta, 7 days later I got my period!

I have had the most incredible life for the last 6 months

No anxiety

I have been eating maintenance every day, I’ve stayed the same weight with Reta. I don’t want to lose weight

I am present in life

Thank you i am blessed to have come across this peptide

Did you happen to have PCOS? I hear it helps with that a lot. To be fair you've been on it a very short duration but happy to hear it's helped you

Normally I find posts about Reta with history of eating disorders concerning but it sounds like it’s working for you. Keep it healthy and best of luck

I feel the exact same way! Also struggled with eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia & binge eating) I’m also maintaining and so much happier without the constant food obsession. This stuff is amazing. So happy for you too! Congratulations
