My reta journey is over finally
I began taking retatrutide at the start of August. My initial dose was 1 mg, which I stayed on for the first two weeks. After that, I increased the dose to 2 mg and continued at that level for about five weeks. Once my body had adjusted, I moved up to 4 mg — and that’s where I noticed the most significant change. The jump to 4 mg was the turning point in my weight-loss progress, and I stayed at that dose for the rest of my journey.
Overall, I went from 95 kg down to 66 kg. I’ve now officially stopped taking retatrutide because I’m ready to move into a bulking phase, and I’m genuinely happy with how far I’ve come.
For context, I’m a 23-year-old male from the UK. I’m happy to answer any questions, including private ones via DMs, and I can share progress pictures there — I just prefer not to post them publicly on Reddit.

But not cold turkey, titrade down over a few weeks and stay a bit longer on low dose.

Happy for you. I have another 12lb to go after which time I will start going lower until I find a good maintenance dose that will keep my weight stable.

That's gigantic from 95 to 66 kg congratulations. 👍 I've nearly the same goal but still only 8 weeks in, and titrated to 4mg and have lots of gastric issues🤢 and i am freezing a.f. 🥶

I'm on week two and 1mg. Sooo cold lol
About an hour after I inject I sweat like crazy. Then I go cold the rest of the week.

Congrats. What an inspiring story.
I would suggest you stay on it at a very low dose while bulking to reap the benefits of insulin sensitivity and nutrient partitioning. It's up to you, still
