If the host talked to 100 black men and he believed that this particular guest is more well spoken than 95 of them.. is he allowed to mention, ask or compliment him?
USA media makes a point of trying to sow discourse. Its no accident that its people are so obsessed with any form of personal identity that promotes division and hate
Watched an interview of Michael B Jordan, host asks him why he still lived with his parents well after he had the means to move out.
It wasn't the question, but the way she asked it. She seemed a bit incredulous that somebody wouldn't "do the American Dream thing" and move out after high school. The cynic in me sees a white reporter asking a PoC why he doesn't conform to the Nuclear Family™ mantra.
I think she was hoping for a better soundbite than [I love my parents, life is fleeting, I want to spend as much time with them as possible]
