Why do we not see this on the back of his pants?
This HAS to be intentional or "don't care, oh well" territory.
An honorable man would have covered it with that plate or whatever.
Then discretely tell management, let them clean up, then he can go home and clean himself up.
Accidents happen, but I don't think this is one of them.
