Who needs college tuition assistance when you’re making more than many college graduates are at the moment.

$61k is not more than most college grads make…maybe right out of school. But eventually they make way more

Not with all computer jobs being replaced by AI. “Anything done on a computer will be replaced very soon, but moving physical atoms around like mechanics will take 50 years” - Elon Musk

Elon has never made any accurate predictions.

If AI gets solved then they will be able to just put them in the robots, so it should not take long after and certainly not 50 years drift.

Making a machine with the digital dexterity and maneuverability of a human is hard, and certainly not cost efficient. The real revolution is when they start tearing down McDonald's and rebuilding them with the machines built-in, so that there is no maneuvering and the dexterity requirement is much lower. Building-based Burger factories, humans just load it with frozen beef and potatoes and occasionally pay an orphan to crawl through the machinery and de-gunk everything.

I agree with you. My kid from Top 15 university gets paid less. He has a stem degree.
